Chicken Coop

I'm hoping to build the birds a nice shiny new coop this year, but I wish I would've seen this tute: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=37034.0
when I was looking for ideas.  Although, actually, I may have seen it.  My heart was set on an A frame style at the time, so I drew something up and my brother altered it enough to make it workable and cheap.  Now for something taller and more permanent...
