Everything's in disarray right now. Straw scattered all over thanks to the chickens. Pole beans slowly disintegrating on their net. Muddy beds lying dormant.
Muddy beds being covered in snow and occupied by chickens.
January is mostly about planning. Mostly. But near the end of the month, I can start onion seeds inside. And I can start making seed markers, cleaning pots, planning plots, designing chicken fencing and maybe even a new coop.
Because otherwise these innocent looking chickens will decimate my vegetable population.
