Baklava

I made baklava for the first time last night. Recipes demanded almonds, or walnuts, or pistachios, and all seemed convinced that their nut was the right one. Mine has 16 oz minus one cup of walnuts, one cup of pistachios, and about 1/4 cup of hemp seeds. I would've thrown almonds in there if I had realized we had some. Trying to use up random assorted things in the cupboards.

We have to wait 24 hours before we try 'em. That'll be tonight when I get home from work. If they're delicious, the work'll be worth it. (Actually, it's easy, just kind of time consuming).
