Garden Drool Time

I think two rosemary plants died during this harsh-for-portland winter.

Guess what overwintered.

YEAH!! Mustard!! I can vouch for it's spicy ass-kicking ability!


And the strawberries are doing well. I planted some more, too, some non-native ones that are designed to BEAR FRUIT rather than spread all over the place with baby plants. I want FRUIT, damn you, native plants!! I have a few blossoms already :0



Flower lovers, you're not left out. You just have to look closer to the ground maybe. Tiny little Johnny-Jump-Ups:



Our pale yellow tulips are blooming too, but not the blackish-purple ones. You'll have to wait a bit for those.
